The New VSX Immersion One are the long-awaited open-backed planar magnetic headphones from Steven Slate Audio. In this video I take a look at the build and design, the sound quality and find out if these headphones are worth it for mixing engineers and music producers. Steven kindly sent me a pair in November to help beta test them and after using them for a few months, I wanted to share my thoughts in this review. These new headphones have a Planar Magnetic driver, which allows for significantly more precise and accurate tonal and spatial tuning. 0:00 – Intro
