I want to address some of the bad music production and mixing advice that I've seen all over Social Media. Today, I talk about auto-gain and gain staging, music theory myths and creativity/productivity comments. Many videos share questionable advice to try and gain clicks, others are simply sharing bad advice in comments and forums. Most of these people mean no harm but I wanted to offer some clarity to this space. I think everyone should be allowed to share advice, no matter the size of their following or ability. In future videos I want to address vocal tuning, DAW sound differences, audiophile myths and so much more. 0:00 – Bad Advice
